Rescue
Saving Troubled HVAC Systems
Rescue Process
The Rescue Process is for HVAC installations that are underperforming, or never performed well, or used to perform well and now they don’t. We have a solid track record of revising, retrofitting, and upgrading existing HVAC systems to get them to perform as they should.
We have rescued every type of HVAC system out there – geothermal, radiant, chilled water, hot water, solar, and heat pump. We are able to assess the heating and cooling needs of the building and determine where and how the existing HVAC system is falling short.
We then develop a Rescue Plan with all necessary steps needed to achieve year round comfort and efficiency. Our Rescue Team implements the plan and we re-commission the system and confirm satisfactory operation.
Brian Nelson has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering with commercial, industrial, and residential experience. He is also a Master Plumber and Sheetmetal Master licensed in Massachusetts.
The process starts with a candid discussion with Brian Nelson about the history of issues with the existing HVAC system and what the client’s goals are.
Contact Brian Nelson, head of the Rescue Team, via email to discuss your needs and how NMD can help.
