Our service team is ready to help our customers with their HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, ventilation, and control systems around the clock. Our normal service hours are from 8 am to 4 pm. After that we have on-call personnel to attend to our customers’ emergency needs. If you have a need for service after our business hours, please call 508-696-3120 and follow the prompts.
Marlon Dwyer is our service manager and he is responsible for directing the service department.
We have three service teams, led by our Master Service Techs Mariah Ben David, Jed Phillips, and Nick Rivers. They each have an apprentice: Jeff LaMarch, Nick Moreis, and Cris Vought. Marlon Dwyer, our service manager, has an accounting degree from University of Arkansas. He is responsible for coordinating all of the activities of our service department.
Mariah Ben David, lead service tech, is comfortable servicing plumbing and HVAC systems. She is also our water treatment expert who has received factory training from Watersoft. She is currently pursuing her journeyman license in plumbing.
