Installation, Service, and “Rescue”

We offer installation, service, and “rescue” for practically anything and everything involving heating, cooling, ventilation, indoor air quality, plumbing, water treatment, and internet access in your home or business.  We have installation teams that focus on new construction projects (new air conditioning, heat pumps, ducted furnaces, boilers, mini-splits, etc., etc.,),  we have service teams that are able to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, and we have extensive experience in “rescuing” failing or chronically under-performing systems.
For more information on the services we offer, please click on the relevant SERVICES menu item to see more detail.

Installation Process:
For the installation of new systems, what we call our “new construction” department, please start off the process by contacting Dave Sprague to discuss your project.   Each of the SERVICE drop down menu tabs will have more detail about what information he will need to bring your project to completion.

Service Process:
Please contact Colin, our service manager, for scheduling a service visit.  Each of the SERVICE drop down menu tabs will have more detail about what information he will need to make sure that our service visit is successful.  Usually, our first service call is a diagnostic visit to determine what the issues are that need to be corrected.  We travel in two person teams (one master and one apprentice) with a two man-hour minimum charge.   After our diagnostic process, we will create a quote for the subsequent service steps.

“Rescue” Process:
Please contact Colin and describe your failing or chronically under-performing system.  Each of the SERVICE drop down menu tabs will have more detail about what information he will need to develop an action plan to resolve the functional issues with your HVAC or plumbing system.  Once Colin collects the necessary information, he will bring in Brian Nelson for consultation on the next steps.

Our goal is to be Martha’s Vineyard’s premier plumbing and HVAC shop – we appreciate the opportunity to service and install your plumbing and HVAC system!
